Kick-Ass PM Summary:

As a member of the Client Management team, you will focus on execution of multiple, SMB-size and, often, simultaneous projects. This role will work closely with the professional services team to delivery on solution areas such as cloud and data center migrations/transformation, end user productivity (Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, etc.), and Cyber Security offerings.

An ideal candidate started their career or has, in their career, been hands on with Microsoft-centric systems, network, database, and cloud architecture. The candidate will have worked at both SMB and larger enterprise sized customers.

As an PM, you will be accountable for:

Managing multiple small to mid-size projects concurrently.
Ensuring client expectations are clearly translated to the delivery team, actioned and documented.
Being the single point of contact for current project engagements.
Setting up and conducting a regular cadence for client check-in meetings, status calls and reporting
Creating and rolling out project plans
Ensuring 100% success rate for scope of work in a statement of work
